Emma has been a member of Key Women for over 40 years, as she began her journey in Lakeview, N.Y., and upon retiring back to Washington found the need to start a branch here. The organization is also involved in many community outreach projects throughout the area. The Banquet is held annually to provide scholarships for deserving youths in the community.
