WASHINGTON BEAUFORT COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE | CONTRIBUTED RIBBON CUTTING: The Washington-Beaufort County Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony at the new PotashCorp-Aurora Employee Center. The new Employee Center is replacing the original facility that was destroyed by flooding during Hurricane Irene in 2011. The building, which is located on the Pamlico River, offers four meeting rooms, a commercial kitchen and a large banquet space. WIMCO Corp of Washington managed the building project. The facility will be used for training, planning and celebrations.
