PANTEGO RURITAN CLUB

President Kevin Greene called the meeting to order. Wayne Windley offered a prayer and a delicious meal provided by Graham Tunstall was enjoyed by members and guests.

Hank Stoop read the minutes of the May meeting which were approved as read. Clark Peele gave the treasurer’s report. Details of the June 21 spaghetti supper/bingo were finalized.

President Groome presented five hundred dollar scholarships to Dale Russ and Reese Groome. Rusty Martin was unable to attend. The club wishes teach recipient much success in the future.

The Ruritan auction will be held in October. Members were encouraged to continue to get items for the auction.

With no further business, President Groome thanked Graham Tunstall for the meal. Mickey Benson led the club in the Pledge of Allegiance and the meeting was adjourned.
