RECIPIENT: Thaddeus Van Essendelft of Pantego was recently awarded the Eastern North Carolina Scholarship from Dordt College. Van Essendelft is a senior at Dordt, majoring in engineering. The $2,000 scholarship is meant for a North Carolina state resident with first preference given to a Terra Ceia Christian School graduate and second preference from the Eastern N.C. geographical area.
