Mable Stalls Butler, 86, died Sunday, July 20, 2014 at her home. The funeral service will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Biggs Funeral Home Chapel in Williamston with Reverend Preston Heath and Reverend Marvin Warfe and Chris Minton officiating. Burial will follow at Oak City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, from 6:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Biggs Funeral Home in Williamston and other times at the residence 212 Walnut St., Oak City.
