Mr. David Clinton Gilliam, 59, of 8495 Mackeys Rd, Roper, died Saturday, Sept. 6, 2014, at Washington County Hospital. Funeral services will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth. The family will be receiving friends at the home. Arrangements are by Toodle’s Funeral Home of Plymouth.
