Funeral Services will be 1:00 pm Thursday Sept. 11, 2014 at Evergreen Holiness Church 423 Van Norden St, Washington, NC . Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Washington, NC. Visitation will be 6:00pm – 7:00pm Wednesday September 10, 2014 at L.R. Randolph Memorial Chapel. Other times, the family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements are by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 W. MLK, Jr. Dr., Washington.
