N.C. Highway 32, in both directions near Washington Park, will be closed starting Oct. 27 and ending Oct. 31. Carolina Coastal Railroad is replacing a railroad crossing. Construction will run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The N.C. Department of Transportation issued the notice giving detour information.
