ON THE SQUARE: Meyetta Grimes, former track and field star at Washington High School, made it to Times Square in New York! After entering a contest through Black & Decker titled, “I Finished It,” Meyetta’s redesigned Mid Century Modern wrapping paper bookcase is being featured on their Times Square billboard for the world to see. Her billboard will be rotated among the other finished projects Black & Decker will be celebrating between Nov. 27 and Dec. 24.
