Mr. and Mrs. John Emmett Dew of Rocky Mount, NC announce the engagement of their daughter, Sandy Fay Dew to Joshua Charles Fulcher, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles M. Fulcher of Washington, NC.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Maude Turner of Rocky Mount and the late Thurman D. Turner and the late Mr. Frank and Mrs. Lina Dew.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Naomi C. Fulcher of Washington and the late Charles R. (Sam) Fulcher and the grandson of Mrs. Edna B. Moore of Washington and the late Durwood L. Moore.

The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, April 11, 2015.
