From the North Carolina Estuarium

Ever wonder what an f-stop or shutter speed is on a camera? Unsure about whether film or digital produces the best images? Know the difference between wide angle and a telephoto lens?

If you are interested in becoming a better photographer, join award-winning photo artist Sol Levine for a full-day workshop at the North Carolina Estuarium on March 14. Learn professional techniques and get to know your camera so that you can find and capture nature’s amazing beauty. You’ll get notes, have some fun, learn a lot and walk away taking photographs rather than just having your camera snap a picture.

This workshop is geared toward beginner and intermediate photographers. Information and techniques are applicable to both digital and film photography.

The workshop runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and costs $55 per person. Call the Estuarium at 252-948-0000 to register. The Estuarium is a facility of the Partnership for the Sounds.
