Tom Atkins, general manager and Jay Martin, Broker-In-Charge of The Rich Company’s Downtown office, recently presented the 2014 annual awards for The Rich Company’s Downtown office.

Georgia Anne Atkins earned the TOP GUN AWARD.  This award is presented to the Realtor that led the Downtown office in residential sales and listings. “Georgia Anne’s dedication and hard work helped her to achieve this accomplishment.  She is an experienced Realtor and is committed to serving her customers,” stated Tom Atkins.

Jay Martin was presented with the PRESIDENT’S AWARD. This award is presented to the Realtor with the highest percentage increase in sales and listing volume for the year in residential real estate for the Downtown office.  “Jay has been with The Rich Company since 2006, and has consistently been a top producer.  We are delighted to have him on our team,” stated Tom Atkins.

The ROOKIE OF THE YEAR AWARD was presented to Rob Southern.  This award is based on the highest sales and listing volume in residential real estate for a new sales associate.  Atkins stated, “Rob has had a great year achieving the highest sales volume of any new associate within the downtown office.  He comes to The Rich Company with 15 years of real estate experience.  We are very proud of his accomplishments.”
