Tom Atkins, general manager and Cindy Taylor, broker-in-charge of The Rich Company’s Bath office, recently presented the 2014 annual awards for The Rich Company’s Bath office.

Brenda Respess earned the Top Gun Award for the fifth consecutive year. This award is presented to the realtor that led The Rich Company’s Bath branch office in residential sales.  Atkins said, “This is a great accomplishment for Brenda. She maintains close contact with her clients and pays close attention to the details to ensure that every real estate transaction is a positive one.”

The President’s Award was presented to Brittany Van Der Have. This award is earned by the realtor with the highest percentage increase in sales and listing volume for the year in residential real estate for the Bath Branch office.

“Brittany had an excellent year in real estate.  She has a great rapport with her clients and knows how to take care of the details of each transaction.” Atkins said.

The Rookie of the Year Award for The Rich Company’s Bath Branch office was presented to Kelly McCarvill. This award is based on the highest sales and listing volume in residential real estate for a new sales associate.

“Kelly joined The Rich Company in May of 2014 and has got off to a great start listing and selling property. We are very pleased with her accomplishments,” Atkins said.
