LeRoy Elks, age 73, a resident of Chocowinity, NC, passed away on April 12, 2015 at his residence.

A celebration of his life with military honors will be held today at 2:00 p.m. at Hillside Funeral Service. Burial will follow at Oakdale Cemetery.
