Mr. Richard Allen Potter, age 59, a resident of Chocowinity, died Sunday, August 23, 2015 at his home. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Southside High School auditorium. Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Southside High School. Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington is serving the Potter family.
