To the Editor:

Have a quick comment concerning Mayor O’Neal’s Letter to the Editor. Mayor O’Neal stated that the Town (of Belhaven) paid $30,000 for this business plan and therefore the document should be considered public information. If this is true, why not scan the document and post it on the Town of Belhaven website for public view? This would provide transparency in the process.
