NEVA CASHION ON A HIGH NOTE: Bailey Gerard won first place in her age division at the Pitt County Fair's Got Talent Show on Sept. 23, 2015. She also earned the "Andrea Blake Linton People's Choice Award." Bailey is a sophomore at Washington High School and hopes to pursue a career in music. She currently takes voice lessons with Neva Cashion, owner of Inner Banks Music Academy.
