CYNTHIA CRANE SPECIAL VISITORS: As of today, a visitor from all 50 states has walked through the door of the Aurora Fossil Museum and has signed its guest book. “What a feat for a small charming museum in a town of 501 in a geographically remote area of North Carolina,” said Cynthia Crane, museum director. “The Aurora Fossil Museum is pleased to announce that we had visitors from South Dakota this afternoon. Bob and Leigha Jo Stevens of Sturgis, South Dakota, complete the Aurora Fossil Museum annual USA visitor count.
