PUMPKIN DECORATING: In celebration of Teen Read Week, the P.S. Jones Middle media center sponsored the fourth annual Classroom Pumpkin Decorating Contest. Pumpkins ranged from Andy Warhol, dragons and football players to “The Sword in the Stone” and the Battle of Gettysburg. Captain America (a.k.a. Paul Huggins) and others were caught voting on the pumpkins.
Winning pumpkins were announced Oct. 30.
