ON DECK: On Thursday, members of the Washington-Beaufort County Chamber of Commerce gathered for a kick-off party to debut the newly renovated First South Bank Community Deck, attached to the back of the Chamber building on Water Street. Attendees joined in for a ribbon-cutting ceremony and enjoyed light refreshments near the Washington waterfront.
