Tom Atkins, general manager, and Cindy Taylor, broker-in-charge of The Rich Company’s Bath office, recently presented the 2015 annual awards for The Rich Company’s Bath office.

Cindy Taylor earned the Top Gun Award. This award is presented to the realtor that led The Rich Company’s Bath Branch office in sales and listings. Atkins said, “This is a great accomplishment for Cindy. She maintains close contact with her clients and pays close attention to the details to ensure that every real estate transaction is a positive one.”

The President’s Award was presented to Kelly McCarvill. This award is earned by the realtor with the highest percentage increase in sales and listing volume for the year for the Bath Branch office. “Kelly had an excellent year in real estate. She has a great rapport with her clients and knows how to take care of the details of each transaction,” Atkins said.
