Lucy Elizabeth Douglas Gibbs, 84, of 284 Roper Lane, Engelhard, and more recently residing at Cross Creek Health Care Center, Swan Quarter, died Saturday, April 23, 2016, at Cross Creek.

A funeral service was held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the family plot in Soule Cemetery, Swan Quarter. Scott Sukeforth and Steve Bryan officiated.

The family received friends at Bryan Funeral Service in Swan Quarter from noon to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday and following the funeral service at the cemetery.
