Mr. Billy Ray Smith, 25, of 1684 Robersonville Products Road, Robersonville, died Thursday, Feb. 20, 2003.
A funeral will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. today in the chapel of Biggs Funeral Home in Williamston with the Rev. Doug Vaughan officiating. Burial will follow in Spring Green Cemetery.
Mr. Smith was born in Ft. Hood, Texas., on March 22, 1977. He was the son of William Smith and Brenda Mae Stegall, who survive. Mr. Smith was an equipment operator at Branch Construction Company. He was also a member of Everetts Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sisters, Lawanda S. Roberson of Williamston and Felina S. Boykin of Robersonville; and one grandmother, Annie Louise Smith of Robersonville.
