Memorial service for John G. Tooly II, age 76, who died Monday, Feb. 24, 2003, will be held at 2 p.m. today, Feb. 26, 2003, at St. James Episcopal Church in Belhaven. Burial will follow at Oddfellows Cemetery. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home.
