A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Edgewood Cemetery with the Rev. Tim Mizelle officiating.
Brian was born in Hertford County on Nov. 20, 1987. He was the son of Harold S. Tull of Colerain and Frances Sue Hoggard of Windsor. He was an eighth-grade student and loved to participate in Special Olympics.
Survivors include one sister, Cathy Ann Tull of Windsor; his maternal grandparents, Carroll Eugene and Sarah Phelps Hoggard of Colerain; and paternal grandmother, Thelma Mizelle Tull of Colerain.
The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, and at other times at their homes.
