Mrs. Martha Spencer Boston, 57, of 2 Sexton Farm Road, Plymouth, died Thursday, Jan. 25, 2007, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Uniontown Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ) with Bishop Daniel Boston officiating. Burial will follow in Clark Cemetery.
Mrs. Boston was born in Washington County on Sept. 15, 1949. She was the daughter of the late Herman Spencer and Rosa Davenport Spencer. She was a member of Uniontown Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ). She was employed as a cook at Trump’s restaurant.
Survivors include a son, Tyrone Boston of Greenville; two daughters, Patricia Davis and Melody Boston, both of Plymouth; two brothers, Robert Lee Spencer of Plymouth and Herman Spencer of Newport News, Va.; four sisters, Rosetta Knight of Plymouth, Catherine Lee of Newport News, Va., Phyllis Rhodes of Queens, N.Y., and Mary Booth of Raleigh; and four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends at the home. The body will be placed in the church at noon Tuesday.
Arrangements are by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
