James Baugham McMullan, Jr., a resident of Tunica, Miss., died at his home there on February 25, 2007.
Mr. McMullan was born in Raleigh, N.C., on August 21, 1950. He was the son of James Baugham McMullan and Bettie Hill McMullan.
He was a graduate of Woodberry Forest School in Orange, Va., U.N.C. in Chapel Hill, N.C., University of Mississippi Law School and New York University Tax School.
Survivors include his parents; a daughter, Hannah Marie McMullan; a brother, Landon Hill McMullan; a sister, Elizabeth M. Rollyson and a nephew, Stephan James Rollyson.
A funeral will be conducted at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Bath, N.C., on Saturday, March 3, 2007 at 3 p.m.
