Mrs. Caroline Foreman Moss, age 70, of 615 Beaver Dam Rd., Pinetown died Saturday, March 10, 2007 at her home.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Monday, March 12, 2007 at the Chapel of Paul Funeral home of Washington and will be conducted by the Rev. Bill Mobley. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery in Washington. John Arthur Waters, Michael Earl Waters, John Mark Windley, Larry Boyd, Wiley Windley and Eddie Windley will serve as pallbearers.
Mrs. Caroline was born in Beaufort Co. on January 30, 1937 to the late Lemuel and Jessie Rowland Foreman and on October 14, 1954 she married Cecil Moss who survives. She was a homemaker, nurse’s assistant II, a member of Shiloh Free Will Baptist Church and Shiloh Free Will Baptist Church Ladies Auxiliary.
Survivors include her husband Cecil Moss of the home, two daughters, Cathy Moss Williams and husband Melvin of Goldsboro, Susan Moss Jones and husband Dewey of Washington, two sons, Eddie Moss and wife Winnie of Washington, John Moss and wife Susan of Washington, one sister, Mary Ann Foreman Harris of Pinetown, eight grandchildren, Megan Moss Ange; Brittany Renee Moss; Kelly Marie Jones; Jenna Blyss Jones; Joey Michael Williams; Sarah Allison Moss; Amanda Nicole Albanese; Emily Paige Albanese and one special niece; Lori Harris Gurganus of Ramseur.
The family would like to express gratitude to Alton and Lewellyn Wallace, Hazel Waters and Rebecca Wallace for their love and support. Also to Sheila Lassiter and Gail Friedman for the special care given during her illness.
The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Sunday, March 11, 2007 at Paul Funeral Home of Washington and other times at the home 615 Beaver Dam Rd., Pinetown.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Community Home Care and Hospice, 604 East Twelfth St., Washington, NC 27889.
