Mrs. Mae B. Harris Stocks, 95, formerly of 2438 Radford Lane, Winterville, died Friday, April 13, 2007.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at the Wilkerson Funeral chapel. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Stocks was born in Beaufort County. She was the daughter of the late Harvey and Mary Boyd. She was married to Walter Harris, Leonard Hunnings and Linwood Stocks. She was a member of the Winterville Pentecostal Holiness Church for more than 30 years.
Survivors include two sons, Carl Harris and Charles R. Harris, both of Greenville; one daughter, Mae Harris Smith of Stokes; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by six brothers; three sisters; two sons, John H. Harris and Walter Harris Jr.; five infant children; and three grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Wilkerson Funeral Home tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. and other times at the home of Mae and Herbert Smith at 5701 Whichard Road, Stokes.
