Mrs. Virginia Wynne Tucker, 66, of 114C Marshall Ave., Williamston, died Monday, April 23, 2007, in Long Beach, Miss.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Biggs Funeral Home with the Rev. John Keeter officiating. Burial will follow in Martin Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Tucker was born in Martin County, the daughter of the late Willie and Lula Wynne. She worked as an employee with Hancock Bank until her retirement. She had lived in Long Beach, Miss., for 36 years. She was a member of Everetts Baptist Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Bonnie Maggard of Long Beach, Miss.; two sons, Steven C. Tucker of Jacksonville, Fla., and Jeffrey B. Tucker of Long Beach, Miss.; one brother, James Wynne of Washington; one sister, Magdalene Smith of Norfolk, Va.; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by one grandson, Jeffey B. “J.T.” Tucker II.
The family will receive friends Friday from 7-8:30 p.m. at Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston.
