Mr. Edward Russell Beacham, age 83, of Ellenwood, Ga., died Wednesday, May 23, 2007. Mr. Beacham was preceded in death by his parents Clinton and Myrtle Beacham, brother Lyman Beacham, sisters Essie Latham and Mattie Beacham.
Survivors include his children, Kathy Blackstone, Jonesboro, Karen Best and husband Rick, St. Cloud, Fla., Debbie Ellis and husband Al, Jackson, S.C., Ronald Beacham and wife Linda, Newnan, Ga., Randy Beacham and wife Lynn, Locust Grove, Ga.; grandchildren, Michelle Bowden, Kellie Shae Pece, Petty Officer Richard Best, Carrie Best, Lt. Stephen Blackstone, Stefanie Parler, Jared Blackstone, Anna Galindo, Lucy Warburton, Hannah Baker; eight great-grandchildren; brother Clarence Beacham of Washington, sisters Irene Roberson of Washington and Rosa Winstead of Rocky Mount.
Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Ellenwood children’s ministry.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 26, 2007, at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Ellenwood. Interment to follow at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
