Ms. Carol Jean Brame, age 65, a resident of 2109 NC Hwy. 33 East, Chocowinity, NC died Tuesday morning, May 29, 2007 at her home.
A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, May 31, 2007 at Moore Family Cemetery officiated by Rev. Charles Branch. Lee Brame, Jeff Brame, Joe Coghill, David Dixon, Will Boahn and Tommy Boyd will serve as pallbearers.
Ms. Brame was born in Beaufort County on March 18, 1942. She was the daughter of the late George Norman Brame and Jessie Gray Hill Brame. She was a member of Ephesus Free Will Baptist Church and the Beaufort County Developmental Center as long as her health permitted. Ms. Brame enjoyed attending the Saturday Night Jamboree.
She is survived by her brothers: Herman Brame and his wife, Betty, Paul Brame and his wife, Faye and Carlton Brame and his wife, Lucy all of Chocowinity; her sister: Bernice Boyd also of Chocowinity and her special friends, the Chuck Boahn Family.
The family will receive friends at the home located at 2109 NC Hwy 33 East, Chocowinity, NC.
