Mrs. Gloria Peyton Bullock, 75, of Plymouth, died Wednesday, June 6, 2007, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital, Greenville.
A memorial service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Friday in First Baptist Church, Plymouth, with the Rev. Jimmy Hagwood officiating.
Mrs. Bullock was born in Richwood, W. Va., on Aug. 29, 1931. She was the daughter of the late Henry James and Capitola Rigsby Peyton. She was married to James Gus Bullock Jr., who survives. She was a secretary with Washington County Schools and a homemaker. She was a board member of the Washington County Food Pantry. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Plymouth.
Survivors include two sons, James A. Bullock and Michael T. Bullock of Plymouth; one daughter, Kara B. Faucette of Gaston; one sister, Shelby P. Flint of Springfield, Va.; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Gene H. Peyton.
The family will receive friends Friday following the memorial service in the fellowship hall of First Baptist Church, Plymouth, and other times at the home of her son, MIchael Bullock, Robin Drive, Plymouth.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church, Plymouth, or the Washington County Food Pantry.
