Mr. James Arthur Lee, 79, of 1006 S. King St., Windsor, died Saturday, June 9, 2007, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital, Greenville.
A graveside service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Wednesday in Edgewood Cemetery with the Rev. R.O. Denton Jr. officiating.
Mr. Lee was born in Chowan County on Dec. 7, 1927. He was the son of the late Grover Cleveland and Annie Harden Lee. He was married to Sarah Casper Lee, who preceded him in death.
Survivors include one son, James Grover Lee of Windsor; one brother, Thomas H. Lee of Chuccatuck, Va.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one son, William C. Lee.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 2-3:30 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
