Mrs. Sue Rivers Swain Johnson, 71, of Orlando, Fla., and formerly of Washington, died Tuesday, June 12, 2007, at the home of her daughter, Betty Jean Kimrey.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Paul Funeral Home, Washington, with the Rev. Dr. Phil Hayes officiating. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery.
Mrs. Johnson was born in Washington on Nov. 23, 1935. She was the daughter of the late Henry W. and Mollie Whitaker Swain. She lived in Washington until May 30, 1959, when she moved to Florida and married Elmer Laurice Johnson Jr., who preceded her in death Aug. 23, 1991. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include two daughters, Betty Jean Kimrey of Oviedo, Fla., and Sandra Gail LePorte of Geneva, Fla.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 10-11 a.m. in Paul Funeral Home, Washington.
