Mrs. Rosa Nell White Moore, 70, of 872 Pungo Village, Belhaven, died Monday, June 18, 2007, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital, Greenville.
A funeral will be conducted Sunday at 3 p.m. in White Plains Ministries, Belhaven, with the Rev. Douglas Cogdell officiating. Burial will follow in Whitfield &Whitley Cemetery, Belhaven.
Mrs. Moore was born in Beaufort County on Dec. 27, 1936. She was the daughter of the late Beadia White. She attended the Beaufort County Schools. She had been employed in the seafood industry. She was married to Walter Moore, who survives. She was a member of White Plains Ministries, Belhaven.
Survivors include two daughters, Debbie Spencer of Durham, and Lossie Green of Baltimore, Md.; four sons, Emmett L. Moore of Camden, Walter Earl Moore and Chris Moore, both of Belhaven, and Webster Moore of Connecticut; one stepson, Lester Moore of Georgia; and 13 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Roland White.
The family will receive friends at the home and also at the home of her son, Walter Earl Moore, 573 Edward St., Belhaven.
Arrangements are by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
