Mrs. Geraldine B. Keyes, 80, formerly of 142 North St., Plymouth, died Thursday, June 21, 2007 at Plumblee Nursing Center.
A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 26, 2007, at Uniontown Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ) with Bishop Daniel Boston officiating. Burial will follow in Uniontown Cemetery.
Mrs. Keyes was born on May 2, 1927 in Bertie County. She was the daughter of the late Lafayette and Isabelle Parker Bond. She was a member of Second Zion Grove Baptist Church and a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Benford Keyes of Plymouth; two step-sons, Benford Keyes Jr. of Plymouth and Christopher Jerome Keyes of Williamston; god-daughter Lois Spence of Plymouth; niece Patricia Norman of Raleigh and other relatives.
Visitation will be held from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday at Toodle’s Funeral Home in Plymouth.
