Mrs. Beatrice Jeffries Lipscomb, 85, of Plymouth died Friday, July 27, 2007, in Plumblee Nursing Center.
A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Smith and Austin Funeral Home chapel. Burial will follow in Jamesville Cemetery.
Mrs. Lipscomb was the daughter of the late Iva Tolliver and Cecil Jeffries. She married Charles J. Lipscomb, who survives.
Survivors include one daughter, Charlotte Ann Howell of Winston-Salem; one son, Robert Allen Lipscomb of Plymouth; one sister, Irene Jeffries Wolfe of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; one brother, Wilbert Jeffries of West Virginia; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Remona Fagan.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday.
