Mr. Herman Theodore Crawford Jr., 70, of Chocowinity, died Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2007, at Hilton Head Island, S.C.
A private family service was held on Hilton Head Island.
Mr. Crawford was born in Swepsonville on Jan. 31, 1937. He was the son of the late Lexie Horne Crawford and Herman Theodore Crawford. He was married to Audrey Crawford, who survives. He was a member of Cypress Landing Golf Club.
Survivors include two sons, Teddy Crawford of Graham, and Patrick Crawford of Burlington; three sisters, Barbara Schronce of Graham, Alma Robinson of Burlington, and Janet Hunter of Blackstone, Va.; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
