Mr. Milbert Lee “Bill” Windley, 79, a resident of Ridgewood Manor and formerly a resident of 245 Fantasy Island Road, Belhaven, died Friday, Aug. 10, 2007, at Beaufort County Hospital.
The family will receive friends at the home of Donna W. Mackey, 4884 N.C. Highway 99 South, Wednesday through Friday until 10 p.m. each night.
Arrangements will be announced by Whitfield &Whitley Funeral Home.
