Mrs. Eleanor Farrow Mann, 42, of 146 Copper Land, Engelhard, died Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2007, at home.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Mattamuskeet School with the Rev. George Merrick officiating. Burial will follow in Brown Memorial Cemetery, Engelhard.
Mrs. Mann was born in Beaufort County on May 10, 1965. She was the daughter of the late Ina Whitney and James R. Spencer. She was married to Donald Mann, who survives. She was employed as a seafood processor.
Survivors include one stepson, Dwight Mann of Greenville; one stepdaughter, Renita Mann of Greenville; 12 sisters, Hattie Farrow, Janice Whitney and Yvonna Small, all of Engelhard, Valerie Spencer, Willia Howard and Peggy McCoy, all of Fairfield, Pamela Farrow of Swan Quarter, Connie Spencer of Chocowinity, Hazel Basnight of Columbia, Callie Farrow of Greensboro, Doris Cutler of Washington and Peggy Rodgers of New York; five brothers, Eddie Whitney of Greensboro, Reggie Rodgers of Maryland, James Roberson of Raleigh, Charles Rodgers of New Jersey and James J. Weston of Belhaven; and four stepgrandchildren.
