Ms. Piccola Miriam Minor, 79, of 503 Adams St., Plymouth, died Friday, Aug. 24, 2007, at Three Rivers Health and Rehab Center, Windsor.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in New Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Harry L. White Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Toodle’s Cemetery.
Ms. Minor was born in Washington County on June 19, 1928. She was the daughter of the late Willie and Armitter Owens Minor. She worked as a custodian at Plymouth High School until her retirement. She was a member of the Roaring Sixties Club, NAACP and SNI. She was a member of New Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, where she was a former member of the choir.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends today from 6-8 p.m. at Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth, and other times at the home.
