Mrs. Louise Proctor Kidwell, 75, of 108 Deep Run Road, Washington, died Friday, August 31, 2007, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Mother of Mercy Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Kidwell owned and operated H &R Block/LPK Accounting Service.
The family will receive friends Tuesday and Wednesday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Paul Funeral Home in Washington and other times at the home.
Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home of Washington.
