Froza McCuller

Mr. Froza McCuller, 85, a resident of Cross Creek Health Care Center, and formerly of 180 St. Lydia Road, Swan Quarter, died Sunday, Sept. 2, 2007, at Cross Creek.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in St. Lydia Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Moore officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. McCuller was born in Hyde County on Jan. 28, 1922. He was the son of the late Arthur and Allie B. McCuller. He attended the Hyde County schools. He was an Army veteran serving during World War II. He was married to Mary Virginia M. McCuller, who survives. He was a member of St. Lydia Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sisters, Lula B. Peterson of Swan Quarter, and Mary L. Barber of Brooklyn, N.Y.; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two daughters, Mary McCuller and Golona McCuller and one son, James A. McCuller.
The family will receive friends at the home.
