Mrs. Lucille Tunstall Armstrong, 79, of Dunn, died Sunday, Sept. 30, 2007, at Oak Hill Living Center in Angier.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Lee’s Chapel Church with the Revs. Ricky Warren and Phillip Boykin officiating. Burial will follow in Williford Cemetery.
Mrs. Armstrong was born in Beaufort County on May 7, 1928. She was the daughter of the late Milton and Velma Tunstall Hollowell. She was married to the Rev. Henry Armstrong, who survives. She was a member of Lee’s Chapel Church.
Survivors include two sons, Keith Armstrong of High Point and Jerry Armstrong of Chocowinity; one daughter, Dianne A. Young of Dunn; one brother, Curtis Hollowell of Albany, Ga.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one grandson, Paul Young.
The family will receive friends Wednesday following the funeral service.
