CHAPEL HILL — Joseph C. Dunn died at his home in Chapel Hill on Thursday, October 11, 2007.
He is survived by his wife Jeanette, their two daughters and their husbands and children: Erin, Patrick, Ian, and Colin; and Ann Bridget, Bill, Christopher, and Gillian. He is also survived by his two brothers, their wives and families: Jimmy, Marjorie, their children and grandchildren; and Kay, Sissy, their children and grandchildren; and his sister, Laurie.
Mr. Dunn earned his BA and MBA at UNC-Chapel Hill. He was a retired banker.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2007 at 11 a.m. at University United Methodist Church at 150 E. Franklin St., Chapel Hill, and Mr. Dunn’s family will receive friends immediately following the service.
