Mr. Bruce Arnold Whitfield, 80, of 103 Harris St., Williamston, died Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2007, at Williamston House.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Woodlawn Cemetery in Williamston, conducted by the Rev. Roger Leggett.
Mr. Whitfield was born June 5, 1927, in Martin County, son of the late Julius and Pearl Edmondson Whitfield. He was a retired cook. He was a member of First Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. today at Biggs Funeral Home in Williamston and other times at 115 E. Pine St., Williamston.
