Ms. Ruthelle Howard, of 1704 S. Monroe St., Arlington, Va., and formerly of Engelhard, died Sunday, Oct. 21, 2007, at Menorah Home and Hospital in Brooklyn, N.Y.
A funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Mount Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Claude Mann officiating. Burial will follow in Cox Cemetery, Slocomb community, Engelhard.
Survivors include her mother, Isa M. Howard of Engelhard; three brothers, twin Ralphell Howard, Pompey Howard and Willie A. Howard, all of Brooklyn, N.Y.
