BROWNS SUMMIT — Mr. Jeffrey Wayne Harris, 59, died on Sunday, December 2, 2007 at his residence.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 8, at Bath UMC.
Mr. Harris was born on December 9, 1947 in N. Hampton, Virginia. He was employed as a driver with UPS and was a member of Teamsters Local 391.
His father, Warren W. Harris, preceded him in death.
He is survived by a son, Jeffrey M. Harris of Greensboro; mother, Elizabeth Hoogendoorn Harris of Bath, N.C.; sister, Vera Harris Hollowell and husband Jerome of Bath, N.C.; grandchildren, Christian M. Harris and Ashley Jordan Overman; and goddaughter, Melisa Pratt Harris.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the church.
Forbis &Dick Funeral Service in Pleasant Garden is assisting the Harris family.
