Mr. Wilbert Credle died Monday, December 3, 2007, at Kingsbrook Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Wilbert was born on January 27, 1935 to the late Warren Credle and Clara Slade Credle.
He leaves to cherish his memory three sisters, Christine Howard of Hamden, CT, Hilda Cherry of Chocowinity, NC, and Lois Credle of Brooklyn, NY. Two stepsisters, Verlie Daniels of Pantego, NC, Bessie Carter of Freeport, NY, one stepbrother, Wilbert McCloud of Pantego, NC. One special niece, Cheryl Credle-Cox of Brooklyn, NY (caregiver). Two brothers in law, Robert Howard of CT, and Elbert Foreman of Blounts Creek, NC, one sister in law, Mary Credle of NY. And a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Milbert Credle and Jessie Credle, one sister Eula Foreman, two stepsisters, Lenora Davis and Icelene Burgess.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, December 9, 2007, at the Brooklyn Funeral Home and Cremations, 2380 Pacific St., Brooklyn, NY 11233.
